Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened pet food/treats and final sale items are not returnable.

How to Start a Return
Email pets@furbank.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at pets@furbank.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if fulfillment hasn't begun. Once shipped, use the return process instead.
