Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times: Since items ship from our suppliers, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, occasionally up to 20 for some items. Exact estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout — Standard $8.00, Express $15.00 (domestic), with a free-shipping threshold on qualifying orders. International rates are carrier-calculated.

Order Tracking: You'll receive tracking info by email once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours to update).

Multiple Packages: Items from different suppliers may arrive separately — this is normal.

Delayed/Lost Packages: Contact pets@furbank.com with your order number if your order hasn't arrived in the estimated window.
